Where's your rebate? They make laws like this because of thoughtless parents who don't value their kids enough to spent 15 bucks on a booster seat. You are willing to gamble with your children's chances of injury because you don't think the probably of getting into an accident is great enough to justify the expense is foolish. I mean, do you really not love your children enough or is it that they should suffer because you hate your government more.
