Bravo Gov. Strickland! It's about time- these split speed limits are a joke.
One time, coming back from eastern Ohio on Interstate 70; I came across a line of traffic stuck in the left lane, caused by some ignorant witch in a Cavalier going 60mph. This went on for several miles- one broad holding up traffic all that time.

Now to those of you who can't seem to fathom the idea of people traveling at HIGH speeds, how about staying out of the left (passing) lane please. After all- it is the LAW. 65mph is better than 55mph, but not fast enough; or we wouldn't have Autobahn-standard Interstates in the U.S.A.
