Did you know the national speed limit is 65 mph. I bet alot of you four wheelers didnt know that. Our federal government said if any state imposes a split speed limit will not recieve any money for repairs on the roads goin thru those states. I guess the state of Ohio was getting broke so they decided to get rid of the split speed limit. And did you know also that most major trucking companies are governed at 65 mph. Why should our trucks go 55 mph when all we can do is 65 mph. I'm glad Ohio did this, now I don't have to dread driving thru state any more. I won't feel like I'm falling asleep at the wheel when I see four wheelers are buzzing by me. The roads will be safer now, because of no more rear end accidents. You know sometimes four wheelers don't realize trucks are doing 55 mph and they all of sudden hit you in the rear end of the trailer. Once again I thank the governor for giving us a equal speed limit for both vehicles. For a longest time I thought we were being discriminated because we were bigger. I also thank OOIDA fighting states who impose split speed limits.
