Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, were arrested and taken into custody by the Presidio County Sheriff's office in Marfa, Texas on Thursday in relation to an incident that took place in California. The two were accused of leaving a California hotel without paying their $10,000 bill.

Quaid, 58, is said to have struggled with police when taken into custody. Cops also had to wrestle his wife to the ground. According to the Santa Barbara County's sheriff's spokesman, the warrant for burglary, defrauding an innkeeper, and conspiracy set bail at $20,000 each.

The two have since made bail and are no longer in police custody.
