Elizabeth Edwards, the wife of former North Carolina senator and two-time presidential candidate John Edwards, has threatened to file for divorce after learning some of the scandalous secrets to be exposed in a former staffer's upcoming tell-all book. Elizabeth is said to have dropped the divorce threat bombshell after learning that former campaign aide Rielle Hunter, the mother of Edward's love child, is not the only woman that he seduced on the campaign trail.

Battling Stage 4 breast cancer, Elizabeth had hoped to keep the family together for the sake of their young children. Furious at his betrayals, she is now vowing to destroy her husband of 32 years by disclosing everything she knows about his political career in divorce court.

An insider revealed:

"Elizabeth had always sworn she wouldn't divorce John. But every person has a breaking point, and Elizabeth's friends believe she's reached hers," an insider told The ENQUIRER.

"Elizabeth made it clear to John that she will take him for everything he's got. She will divorce him and claim their $53 million fortune.

Miley Cyrus has officially quit Twitter. The 16-year-old singer/actress deleted her Twitter page after posting a message that her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, her co-star in the film "Last Song, disapproves of the site.

She tweeted:

"FYI Liam doesn't have a Twitter and he wants me to delete mine with good reason."

Dave Letterman must really be regretting not paying the $2 million in blackmail money that CBS producer Robert Halderman attempted to acquire after he found out the late night talk show host had an affair with his live-in girlfriend, Stephanie Birkitt, who was also Dave's former assistant. Going to the authorities and then admitting to a number of affairs with various members of his staff over the years is really going to cost him - his marriage, his fortune, and maybe even his job.

The scandal has triggered a $300 divorce battle between Dave, 62, and his understandbly furious wife, Regina. The couple lived together for years before finally tying the knot on March 19 this year. Now sources close to the couple say that they are now fighting over EVERYTHING, from custody of their son Harry, 6, to his extensive property holdings.

A Late Show insider revealed:

"It's become a real battle. Regina is humiliated, and she wants to get even with David for his public admission he cheated on her repeatedly during their 23-year relationship."

Other sources described Regina as "mortified" that David carried on sexual relationships with a number of his female staffers, including Birkitt.

For the millions of Oasis fans who held out hope that the band would somehow carry on without their lead guitarist and songwriter Noel Gallagher there hopes were dashed today. Younger brother Liam Gallagher spoke to The London Times today about his clothing label called Pretty Green and the singer broke the news that the band is done. The singer, who hadn't talked about the breakup initiated by his brother since the split in late August, told the paper:

It wasn't that long ago that Jennifer Lopez stopped going by the catchy moniker "J.Lo" and demanded to be called by her real name. Now, she doesn't even want to be called that. Pulling a move a la Beyonce/Sasha Fierce, Lopez set up a secret MySpace account to debut a new song.

If you crack open the book, however, you won't find a mention of this in there anywhere. That is because horrified family members and advisers cut it out before the book was published.

A close source also revealed to the National Enquirer that before he died of brain cancer at age 77 on August 25, Kennedy also revealed that he had planned to seduce Mary Jo Kopechne on the night she drowned. The source said:

"While dictating his memoirs into a tape recorder, Ted decided to tell the whole truth about his life - including his love life. He said that his first lover was an Irish nanny. She was about 19, and Ted was only 13.

When his mother found out, she sent the nanny back to Ireland. Rose made Ted pray on his knees for hours to ask forgiveness. But Ted recalled that even his sore knees couldn't wipe the smile off his face.

It seems that world of rap is even affected by the split of British mega-group Oasis who broke in late August. Days after that Snoop Dogg said that he wanted to sign Noel Gallagher as a solo artist to his new record label, Jay-Z stated he wants to work with younger brother Liam on a side project. Jay-Z told British tabloid The Sun that he wanted the singer to contact him about the offer of a collaboration:

Last month, East Cleveland Mayor Eric Brewer became the butt of many jokes after photos of him dressed in women's lingerie were distributed throughout the community. Tonight, Brewer will admit on TV that he was indeed the man in the photographs that are believed to have thwarted his re-election attempts.

Brewer will appear on CBS's Inside Edition to discuss the photos. According to a transcript of the interview, Brewer said:

"That is me in those pictures."

He continued to explain that he put on the women's clothes at the suggestion of a girlfriend. The interviewer told Brewer:

"No offense, but you weren't the best looking woman."

To which he retorted:

"To the lady I was with, I looked great. We had a good time."

Since the leaking of the photos, Brewer has called for a criminal investigation. He has not admitted that it was him in the photos until now. Brewer was defeated in a primary election by Council President Gary Norton, who faces no Republican challenger at the polls in November.

Kate Gosselin, the infamous mother of 8 from TLC's "Jon & Kate Plus 8", appeared Monday morning on the "Today" show. During her appearance, she told host Meredith Vieira that her estranged husband, Jon, has cleaned out their joint bank account, leaving her and the children without enough money to survive.

She said:

"He took $230,000 of the $231,000 we had. I have a stack of bills. The last thing I wanted was to do this show and end up not being able to pay our bills."

Kate says that Jon emptied out the account after TLC announced that the family's popular reality show would be relaunched and rebranded "Kate Plus Eight", and leaving him without a job. She said the shared account is used to pay bills and "contains all of our liquid money".

Kate added:

"When you've left your children and their mother without the funds to lay for the roof over their head, it's not acceptable. I need that money to provide for them. We were in the position after our sextuplets were born that we could not pay our bills. We did the show to provide a better life for them. Never did I think I'd be back in the same position."
